Like to try before you buy? That’s perfect because we think a free workout is the best way to experience the Time 2 Change difference.
Here’s what you can expect during your free session (typically here for about an hour)
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign the liability waiver and questionnaire
  • A 15-45 minute * workout where a certified trainer is with you the entire time.
  • Up to six women in total may participate in the workout with you.
  • Workouts are a mix of training with weights and cardio.
  • Our trainer can customize the workout to your individual fitness level.
  • Then get a free full-body composition analysis
  • Discuss your goals further
  • If interested, we will find the best package to fit your needs/goals

  • 5:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday
  • 5:30 a.m. and noon Friday
