Justin Cantwell is a certified (ACE/ISSA/SemperFit) personal trainer, certified sports nutritionist (IFA) as well as a certified group exercise instructor (YMCA). He has his undergraduate degree in exercise science and is a certified CPR/AED/First Aid instructor through the American Red Cross.
Fitness and nutrition is Justin's passion! He uses his compassion to help all the women here at T2C reach their goals. He believes fitness should be fun and enjoyable as well as beneficial, keeping things simple yet new and exciting as well.

Prior to working at Time 2 Change Fitness for Women in Lee’s Summit, he was the Health and Wellness Director and personal trainer at the YMCA. Previous to that, he was an assistant manager and personal trainer at Gold’s Gym. He is also a Marine Corps Veteran.
