Our training sessions can be anywhere from 1 to 2 women in a group. This allows us to keep the equipment sanitized and germ free. Unlike our competitors who often have an upwards of 20+ for group classes, our personal trainers have the ablitly to safely monitor proper form and still educate and motivate you throughout your routine. Another benefit to having the small groups is the friendships developed and the extra support from your fellow "sisters in sweat"!
