At Time 2 Change Fitness for Women in Lee's Summit, we are here for YOU.......to help, encourage, moviate and educate you throughout your fitness journey. We also know how busy life can be, especially for women who tend to take care of everyone else, putting their own needs aside. Our small group (no more than 2, while still maintaining social distancing guidelines) personal training sessions are led by our certified trainers and provide an efficient and awesome 60-minute workout which include 30 minutes of weights (upper, lower, or full body) and 30 minutes of Cardio (HIIT/Tabata/interval). After each workout enjoy a FREE protien shake on us :) Our certified trainers can easily modify the workouts to different skill levels (beginner to advanced) or limitations while still remaining effective for all women. We also offer free diet/nutrition programing with our certified sports nutritionist.
